These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between the website owner (hereinafter, the "seller") and users who purchase digital products through this platform.

These conditions apply to all purchases made through https://greytidestudio.com and are permanently accessible for the user's consultation, storage, or reproduction.

By accepting these conditions, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and accept their content in full, are of legal age, and have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.

The products offered through this website consist of downloadable digital content — specifically STL format files for use in 3D printing. The user expressly acknowledges that:

• Products are not supplied on physical media
• There is no physical delivery of any kind
• Access to the content is provided via digital download

The acquisition of the product does not imply the transfer of intellectual property rights, but only the granting of a right of use under the terms established herein. Access to the content may be subject to minimum technical requirements and compatibility with appropriate 3D printing tools.

Prior to the formalisation of the purchase, users are provided with clear, understandable, and sufficient information about: the main characteristics of the product; its digital nature; the total price including taxes; the payment method; the conditions of use; and the exclusion of the right of withdrawal as provided by law.

The information provided forms an integral part of the contract.

Prior user registration is required to purchase products. The user undertakes to:

• Provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information
• Keep their access credentials secure
• Not allow third parties to access their account

The seller shall not be liable for improper use of the account resulting from the user's lack of diligence. The seller may suspend or cancel user accounts in the event of breach, fraudulent use, or unlawful activity.

The purchase procedure consists of the following clearly identified steps:

The user may identify and correct errors before confirming the purchase.

Prices may be displayed in other currencies for informational purposes only. However, the final transaction amount and all charges will always be made in euros (€). Exchange rates shown are indicative and may not exactly match those applied by the user's bank or payment provider.

Payment is made by bank card through the Stripe secure payment platform. The seller does not have direct access to the user's payment data. Payment data is processed directly by Stripe in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

Prices, applicable taxes, and currency shown on the platform may vary depending on the user's geographic location, country of residence, applicable tax regulations, and other technical or operational criteria.

The user undertakes not to manipulate, falsify, or conceal their geographic location, tax residence, IP address, access method, applicable currency, or any other technical or informational element with the aim of altering prices, taxes, commercial conditions, or territorial restrictions.

Once payment is confirmed, the user may immediately access the purchased digital content through their user profile, from which they can manage their downloads.

The user acknowledges that access to digital content may be subject to technical limitations, maintenance tasks, platform updates, or circumstances beyond the seller's control. The seller does not guarantee the indefinite availability of downloadable content.

The seller may record technical logs related to access, downloads, and user activity for security, fraud prevention, and contractual compliance purposes. Users are advised to download and keep a backup copy of their acquired files after purchase.

General rule: Consumers generally have a 14-day period to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Exception for digital content: In accordance with Article 103(m) of the Spanish General Consumer and User Protection Act, the right of withdrawal is excluded from contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where: (a) execution has begun; (b) the consumer has given prior express consent; and (c) the consumer acknowledges the loss of their right of withdrawal.

In this case, digital content is made available to the user immediately after payment. Before proceeding to payment, the user must expressly consent to the immediate commencement of execution and the loss of their right of withdrawal via a clear, unchecked checkbox.

The acquisition of digital content grants the user a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence of use over the acquired files. Unless expressly stated otherwise, this is a Personal License.

Greytide Studio reserves the right to suspend accounts, block access, or revoke licences where there is reasonable evidence of breach, unauthorised commercial exploitation, or violation of intellectual property rights. Breaches may result in civil or criminal legal action.

All intellectual property rights over the content belong to the seller or authorised third parties. The acquisition of the product does not imply a transfer of intellectual property rights or authorisation for uses other than those expressly provided for in the applicable licence.

The seller shall not be liable for damages arising from: incorrect use of the content; technical incompatibility; results obtained in 3D printing; or damage derived from the use of the file.

The seller guarantees that digital content supplied will conform to the contract at the time of delivery — meaning it matches the website description, is fit for normal use, and presents reasonable quality and performance for its type.

The user acknowledges that STL files require technical knowledge, compatible 3D printing and slicing software, and that results depend on external factors beyond the seller's control. Accordingly, the seller does not guarantee specific print outcomes.

Where digital content does not conform to the contract, the user may contact the seller, who will proceed, as appropriate, to replace the file, correct the error, or refund the amount paid, in accordance with applicable consumer regulations.

Non-conformity shall not be considered to exist where the issue arises from incorrect use of the file, technical incompatibilities not previously disclosed by the user, or modifications made by the user themselves. The seller is responsible for non-conformities existing at the time of delivery, within the terms and periods provided by applicable law.

The seller reserves the right to modify these conditions, while in all cases respecting the conditions in force at the time of purchase.

These conditions shall be governed by Spanish law in force, without prejudice to the rights that may correspond to consumers under applicable regulations.

These legal texts may be available in different languages for informational purposes only. In the event of any discrepancy, contradiction, or interpretative conflict between the different language versions, the version drafted in Spanish shall prevail, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
